Frequently Asked Questions
the process of seeking personal advice?
Step 1 - First meeting: In the first meeting we will meet and get to know each other. We will discuss your current financial situation, your goals, your worries, and agree which advice services best suit you. After the first meeting, you will know in advance the values we can add how much it would cost if you agree to go ahead. If for any reason we do not believe we can provide the advice you need, we will refer you to the right partners/channels that can help. Your first meeting is free and no obligation.
Step 2 - Advice preparation, research & comparisons: We will then develop a financial strategy tailored to your individual needs. This includes several steps such as strategy research and comparisons, product comparisons and selection, technical aspects, approvals, and preparation of your Statement of Advice which outlines our recommendations and advice to you. You can have peace of mind in knowing whatever the advice or products that we recommend you, they will be in your best interest.
Step 3 - Second meeting (SoA & implementation): We will meet with you again and go through your advice in detail to ensure you understand all aspects, answer any questions, and make any adjustments you feel necessary (if any). Once you are comfortable, we will implement those recommendations you wish to proceed with. Step 4: Annual reviews & research: Financial markets, legislations, your situation do change from time to time. If you wish, you can join our Annual Ongoing Reviews and Research Service. We will evaluate and adjust to the strategies to ensure they continue to be on track and aligned with your new changing situation and expectations moving you closer towards your goals.

FEE FOR ADVICE?
One of the frequent questions we get asked is “how much does the advice cost?” Our Services are offered on a Fee for Service basis. It is based on the time and resources required to provide you with advice including meetings, the research, comparisons, advice document preparation, and implementation of your advice.
Our Fee for Service is NOT based on how much money you invest or how much money you may have. We have no financial interest, any other interest, receive any payments, commissions, or benefits from any Super, Pension or Investment products we may recommend to you.
All fees and costs are discussed with you upfront before any work or advice begins. You must be comfortable with the value you will receive from our advice and the fee for service payable.
